Les cartes ne se copient pas dès quelles possèdent du contenu

Bonjour,

Nous avons plusieurs tableaux de créés qui fonctionnent très bien. Les règles sont bonnes et la fonction coller ou déplacer fonctionne très bien. 

Nous avons créé 2 nouveaux tableaux sur les mêmes bases que les autres cependant les cartes ne se copient pas sur d'autres tableaux dès quelles possèdent des informations.

Lorsqu'elles sont vident, cela fonctionne très bien.

Quel paramètre est à modifier pour que cela fonctionne ?

The Automation trigger "when a card is added to the board" will be triggered when the card is added even if it doesn't have any description, adding a description to the board will not trigger the rule, so there's a possibility that the rule you have is working as expected. maybe with other rules, it will work the way you need and you may have to add them to the new boards. This is why I would like to know the rules that you have running on the boards that are working, so I can test them and let you know what may be causing the issue. You can share it here if you want to, but my suggestion would be to create a ticket with Trello Support so we can investigate further, ask for additional info if needed, and create an internal bug in case we find any issue with the Automation.
