Hello!
I was wondering if there's a way i can keep track of all projects and their respective deadlines. I know I can see the cards and all of that but I really need help to quickly view the status of hundreds of projects. Is that something trello can do or other system I should purchase?
Thanks!
I actually wrote about this in my newsletter last week! There are Power-Ups that can help with this, but you can also use Trello's Workspace views to view cards across multiple boards in one view (a table or a calendar)
Where can I read it??

While there are power ups or you can extract the data via Trello API, the key dependency is a structured and consistent implementation of the board design. To achieve this, I created this design that allows for a hierarchy (think of it like a WBS) with consistent parent-child relationships and predecessor/successor relationships, issue reporting for PMO and project teams … etc allowing for use of Dashcards

You could take a look in the Analytics and Reporting PowerUps section that fit your needs: https://trello.com/power-ups/category/analytics-reporting ... Alternative there is the Trello API to extract all the data and send it to a reporting tool (How I personally do it), but it does require Development knowledge
