Okay, volunteers fill out an online form in JotForm. One of the fields is multiple choice and they almost always chose more than one of the options. I would like to tag the newly created card in Trello with all of the color-coded tags that correspond with the tags I created in Trello.
I can create the integration using the PowerUp, Zapier, or both, or something else entirely? Or not possible at all?

You can have your Trello Labels appear as a multi-select on the form for your volunteers. The cards created will have all the labels they select right on the card as you desired. We also integrate with custom fields, have conditional logic and everything else you would expect :)
That’s so funny! That’s what I ended up using! A Google search recommended it so I have it a go! ;)

Hi @KerryAnn May,
Cigdem from Hipporello here. Hipporello Service Desk is a Trello power-up that allows you to get forms and emails in your Trello board.
Do you have to solve this need with a label? Or would it work for you if the card created upon form submission has the answers to that multiple choice (or any other) question as its name?
Here's what I mean: You can define "Submit button settings" for forms and get a card created with a variable as name and description.
The tool also comes with many other automation capabilities allowing for, for example, sending automated messages (i.e. Thanks for reaching out! We'll get back to you shortly.) to form submitters or those sending emails to your board. Next, you can communicate with them from inside Trello cards.
If you still want to go with the labels, once a card is created with Hipporello, you can define Butler automations.
For trigger you can choose Card Content, and say, for example, "When the name of a card contains OPTION A", then action: add the ORANGE label to the card.
I hope that helps.

It doesn’t HAVE to ge a label. :)
great, thank you for your thorough suggestion. I’ll work on that this weekend.

If I am not mistaken, there is a jotform power up. The scope is pre-defined by the developer.
For Zapier, for labels you can choose custom to determine which option-label but I think the issue is the selection is random depending entries made on the form.
I suspect you may have to deploy some code to solve this.

Yah I played around with the power up to no avail, although I am using it for something else on Trello.
I can’t code. Lol
I don’t NEED to use Trello, but it sure would have been nice to have it all in one space.
