The bi-directional linking (i.e.: adding a Jira link on a Trello card also creates a link back to Trello on the Jira ticket) has stopped working for us about a couple of months ago.
Up until then, it had been working as expected (as described above), but now it's only uni-directional.
The Jira link is added and displays correctly on the Trello card, but no links to Trello are created automatically on the jira ticket.
We've tried removing and re-connecting our Jira URL in the Power-Up settings, but that didn't help.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Does anyone know if it is intentional?
Any suggestions on how to revert it back to how it used to be?
Hi @frabinstein,
Thanks for reaching out!
It seems you are running into a known issue that is being tracked in the following bug report here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-84043.
I have added this ticket as well to this bug as an internal comment for our engineering team to see and reference if needed as well as align priority. I would also encourage you to visit that bug, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. That way, when the ticket is updated by our development team, you'll be notified via email.
There are a number of factors that determine how Atlassian prioritizes bug fixes. You can learn more about this by reading the Atlassian Cloud Bug Fix Policy.
If you have any questions about the bug report, any additional information about the bug you would like to share, or any comments on our bug fixing policy, please let us know!
All the best,
Lara
