Trato de ingresar mi cuenta en Trello y me aparece este mensaje de error:

Atlassian

JavaScript load error

We tried to load scripts but something went wrong.

Please make sure that your network settings allow you to download scripts from the following domain:

https://id-frontend.prod-east.frontend.public.atl-paas.net

Ya verifique y si tengo activado el permiso para javascript y sigue el problema, trate de instalar el mismo java y persiste el problema, hasta borre los datos de mi navegador y aún no se soluciona.

En el teléfono si me abre pero en la computadora me aparece ese error

Translation:

I try to log into my Trello account and I get this error message:

Atlassian

JavaScript load error

We tried to load scripts but something went wrong.

Please make sure that your network settings allow you to download scripts from the following domain:

https://id-frontend.prod-east.frontend.public.atl-paas.net

I've already checked and see if I have javascript permission enabled and the problem continues. I tried to install the same java and the problem persists. I even deleted my browser data and it still hasn't been resolved.

It does open on my phone but on my computer I get that error.

Hi Sara, welcome to the Trello Community!

To avoid this error, you should allow Javascript from Atlassian.

In Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome settings
  2. Click on Advanced
  3. Click on Privacy and Security
  4. Click on Site Settings
  5. Click on JavaScript
  6. Make sure JavaScript is set to allowed
  7. Next to Allow, click Add
  8. Paste the URL from the error message in and click Add

Let me know how you go with this. If this doesn't work, you may need to check your Firewall settings or your local router.

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!
