Issues with Trello inside Microsoft Teams - Can't change the user

I have a strange issue, using Microsoft Teams and added a new tab for Trello. It is working fine. I was using another PC with my profile (email address). Now when I tried to logout from my profile so the other person can login in Trello with her own profile (email address), Trello doesn't give the option to change the email address/profile.

I tried to logout but no luck. I removed the Trello and added back, but again login automatically with my profile, as soon as I added back Trello app in Microsoft Team. Is there any way to clear cache or preference settings so it gives the option to change the email address?

I'm having this same issue now. I want to switch the account that I'm using for the Trello tab, but it shows a blank screen when I log out.

Would you be able to explain how it was resolved?
