It’s possible to access the calendar view via power ups in the iOS app, but it’s not a useful version of the view (I can’t add to calendar days etc). Is there another way of interacting with the calendar view on iOS that has more functionality?
I also realise I could use the browser version but wonder if there are other options.
Hi James,
Not currently anything built natively into Trello iOS that enhances this functionality.
That being said, there's a few potential options I can think of:
There is the ability to sync your calendar to Google Calendar: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-trello-with-google-calendar/. The article linked is the Premium feature, but the Calendar Power-up has this function as well. This provides a one way sync. While it doesn't allow modification - it could help provide an alternative option to view the calendar.
Alternatively, there are a number of third-party Power-ups - some offering a 2 way sync with Google Calendar - so this might allow you to make your workflow more calendar centric with the two way sync aspect: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=calendar.
Because many of these services are provided by separate companies, outside of Trello, any costs associated with their products are also separate. We're also not able to endorse or provide support for any third-party Power-ups (since we don't work with them directly).
Hope this helps! :)
