Is there a webhook that triggers explicitly when a member is added/removed to a card?

I want to create a webhook that triggers explicitly whenever the user is added/removed from the card. The webhook should also trigger when items are changed on the card if the member is already added. 

I know we can create webhooks for the card or the user itself, but I'm particularly interested in webhooks that would trigger if a card is added to his/her list. Something similar to what Asana provides with its user task lists (webhook).

You might already be familiar with this table. Specific to add member you can see that a webhook with idModel = listid will not work for adding. But for adding a card, the webhook on a list will be triggered.
