Is there a way to stop team accidentally archiving lists?

Some cards I don't want deleting I set up as templates, is there any way to stop lists being accidentally archived?

Great question! We don't currently have a way to restrict this action for certain users, but I’m happy to share a workaround that may help.

1. Observers in Trello Premium: The closest feature we have right now is the ability to make people observers on boards. Observers have view-only access, so they can see the content but can’t make any changes. You can learn more about setting up observers here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-observers-to-boards/

Additionally, you can easily unarchive a list by selecting "Archived items" under "More" in the board menu. Then, click "Switch to lists" at the top of the page, choose a list, and click "Send to Board."

Hi Lori,

I'd probably suggest training for this one.

If users understand what should and should not be archived, this might be a good first step :)
