I facilitate a number of Trello boards for our company where checklists are used to track tasks, due dates and the person assigned to the task. I am looking for a way to extract and view the list of all incomplete tasks in one place. This would make them much easier to manage than digging into each card to see what is still outstanding. What is the best way to accomplish this?

i have premium and workspace calendar only show cards with deadlines but not checklist items with deadlines- is there a way to show checklist items?

I was able to determine a way to do this per board. Simply add the Calendar view to the board itself. (At the top there is a dropdown arrow that will allow you to add views). This calendar view will show the tasks and due dates.

Welcome to the community!
Assuming you’re on Trello’s premium workspace plan, you can use the Workspace calendar and then select boards to add to the calendar from the filter.
From there you would be able to view checklist items with due dates and users across multiple boards within the Calendar view.
In Calendar view, Trello cards appear in a box; advanced checklist items will appear with a checked or unchecked box for better visibility.

I tried this but can't get it to work. I am on the premium plan. I have the board selected within the calendar filter. The calendar appears blank despite there being multiple cards with checklist items in the board. Is there anything else I should check for?

No I haven't. I am testing out a Trello > Asana sync to see if this can work for us.

Hi Hamza — I am trying to do this as well. I have my workspace calendar set up spanning multiple boards. I can see my cards but not checklist items. Any advice?

Same problem on enterprise plan. Calendar view for a BOARD does show checklist items, but Calendar view for WORKSPACE only shows card assignments. I have calendar view enabled on all boards.

Same issue and can confirm...
CLICK: calendar on a board - we see checklist items
CLICK: calendar for workspace (allows 20 boards grouped) - we don't see heck list items
This is not want we want.
We want to be able to see all tasks whether it be a card or checklist item, that have a due date visible in one place - calendar, table etc

Same issue. I can not see checklist items in calendar view.
However, I was able to use Zapier to create a "Zap" that let's me see the checklist items in my Google Calendar.
