Is there a way to queue a trello card to appear on a certain date?

I want to set a one-time reminder on a certain date (i.e. to renew membership on Dec 2).

 

Is there a way to queue a card to appear on that specific date? I don't want to create a bunch of cards that I can't action on -- that would clutter my board.

It sounds like the Card Snooze Power-Up could help you here. The Card Snooze Power-Up lets you to snooze a card until a later date and time, and it will then reappear on your board on the set date and time.
