Is there a way to integrate Excel data onto Trello, similar to Zapier but not Zapier?

I need a way to have the data on my excel files to get into Trello. I want to shy away from Zapier because it costs money after the trial is up. I'm looking for a free option. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this while still allowing the two to be connected, whereas if i changed one thing on excel it would change on Trello also, please let me know. I really appreciate the help!!

You can attach excel files directly to a card in Trello using the attachments option: http://help.trello.com/article/769-adding-attachments-to-cards

If documents you attach are attached via Google Drive and OneDrive, they can be edited and saved in their respective applications and do not need to be downloaded, saved, and reattached to your card.
