Is there a way to expand cards to show their description?

I use Trello for my University projects and I wanted to know if it was possible to expand cards to show their description.

It would be useful for me if I could see the description without clicking on each card. I often take screenshots of my boards to include in my coursework and having the description displayed would allow me to better show the progression of the board over time.

There is not currently a way to expand the description without opening up the card back.

Please implement this option. Without it, I will not use Trello. Otherwise, it is fantastic.

Agree! This would be great to have! So that you are able to see immediately content and not to have to open it.

My organisation's users would also benefit greatly from this feature. Adding a request to the list in hopes that the priority is increased internally at Atlassian.

100% agreed. Sometimes the title isn't enough or you need to compare the descriptions of two cards. A simple plus icon or a little expand carrot somewhere would be great.
