I've been sending request via contact support since last week and no one reached out to me.
Do you have other ways to contact support person? Even tried calling Atlassian team but said trello is handled by other department.
She even said that she will reply to me via email since she saw my ticket but didn't received any.
I will appreciate any help I can get!

The only way to get hold of them is via the contact support option on https://trello.com/contact#/ which I assume is what you've already tried.
I suspect that they are extremely busy at the moment, as the changes to the way Trello is used and billed are causing a lot of support requests to be raised at the moment, and your request for help is simply in queue that they're working through.
