We have client details set up on cards. We are wanting to know if we can set up triggers so that at certain times emails can automatically be sent e.g 3 months from date created, 6 months from date created.
@nikki yes this is possible with the Sendboard Power-Up! You can create a Saved Reply email, and then use Butler automation to create a comment that will send that email based on various criteria like due dates, labels being applied, etc.
Currently, there is no trigger based on card creation date. If you create a proxy with due date as today and set a due date command for 90 days after due that that will work as well. You need to provide the client details so that you can use the contact information. Contalist list also provide similar automation by due days with the added advantages that using templates, picking up custom fields to be included in the email...etc.
