Is there a power-up with a calendar view across multiple baords and the ability to share that view?

We have a lot of boards with a lot of cards and dates. So we need a good overview across all boards of everything that is happening or needs to be done during the week.

Trello's calendar view is a bit confusing because it doesn't have colors or anything. It is difficult to read everything there. I have already discovered Planyway (with calendar week as columns and the baords as rows, see picture), but unfortunately we can't share this view with guests.

Do you know maybe a tool, with a very good overview and the possibility to share the view?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Helen, welcome to the community!

There's definitely some options available, and can provide some info below:

Trello Free:

  • We have the Calendar Power-up which provides an individual board based Calendar View. It shows cards with due dates set.
  • If you wanted to view all boards in 1 view, you could make use of the feature within it that lets you sync individual board calendars into a Third Party Calendar solution like Google Calendar, as outlined in this doc.

Trello Premium:

  • Trello Premium has 2 built in Calendar views:
  • Individual is an improved version of what's in the Calendar Power-up, with the addition of checklist items with due dates displaying as events.
  • Workspace calendar view allows you to pull in cards with due dates defined from up to 20 boards from a Workspace at once and see all events in one single Calendar view. This might be what you're after!

Definitely would recommend checking out Workspace calendar view and seeing if this fits your needs! :) You can start a 14 day free trial (no credit card required) at this link:
