We use the comments section of Trello cards for information gathering. Other information collected elsewhere (e.g., reports, surveys, email correspondence) during projects is stored on a shared drive. I would like to save Trello cards in the same place, so was wondering if it would be possible to save individual cards as pdfs. Many thanks for your help.
@Emily Gibson not directly but if you use Share -> Print then you can use your print driver to save as a PDF:
Hello @Emily Gibson
You could try using the "Board Export (Excel, CSV, PDF)" power up. (I haven't tested it but it may do what you need).
If you only do this once in a while, you could just leverage your operating systems built in "print to PDF" functionality. In Trello, choose the card you want to export. Got to Share -> Print and you will get your default printing dialog box. Depending on your OS, you should have something similar to "Save To PDF" or possibly may need to change the print destination to see the option.
