My to-do list is huge! But most of the cards cannot be started on until other cards are completed. I think I'm right in thinking that using dependencies can stop you being able to change a card before another is complete but does not hide it.

Currently, Trello doesn't support per-card permissions—once someone has access to a board, they'll be able to see all cards on it including all cards on a List. For now, we suggest creating separate Lists for different tasks and only adding some priority cards to the list that you might want to work on and moving the low priority level cards to another list which can always be moved back. In the meantime, I’ll pass your feedback on to our team for consideration—let me know if there's any additional info you'd like for me to pass their way.
