We use the same List names on each board we create for a new project, e.g. Backlog, In Process, Blocked, Complete.
Is it possible to setup a "smart" Workspace View that it automatically shows cards filtered by List names that match a rule like "contains: backlog"?
The ultimate goal is to have a View that automatically picks up cards in new boards with the same common List names we always use.
So far I've only been able to create a View where you manually select each List from each Board that you want included. As a result, new Boards are missed out until they are added.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hey @Zach Anthony - I'm a bit confused on what the 'smart' aspect would be. Can you describe exactly what you're looking for?
Are you looking for a view that automatically is created, or automatically brings in new boards? We don't offer both of those options, and definitely don't offer the latter as there's a limit on the number of boards that can be added to a view.
Hi Alex, I’m looking for a view that always includes cards from Lists called “Backlog” on any Board that exists.
The goal is that if I create a new Board with this List, it will get picked up automatically, without me having to manually add the Lists from that Board to the View.
