I am looking at using Trello to manage our internal communication channels and wondered if anyone else was doing this and had any advice on best practice, top tips etc.
Hello @Hannah Linder,
I'd need more information on what you mean by "managing internal communication channels". Do you need integrations of your communication channels into your Trello board? Or do you want to be able to create a new communication flow for a specific process within your team?
Hi @Çiğdem Büyükaşik I mean for a communication flow, rather than integration. So as a team we can see all the different communication channels, the audiences they will be targeting, the message being communicated. Giving us a clear overview of the channels and messaging. If that makes sense?
