Is a premium account required to make a copy of a Trello board template?

There are some changes in Trello that's caused some confusion on making a copy of a Trello board template.  Can someone please clarify the steps on how to do this?

@Alex Santana if the board is public and a template, you should see a button at the top to copy it: 

If it's not a template, you can still copy it by clicking the three dots in the top right of the board and choosing the Copy Board option: 

Copying a board has nothing to do with premium features, but if you're using a free workspace and already have ten boards in that workspace then you will need to upgrade your workspace to create another board, whether its a new board from scratch or a copied board.
