Good morning everyone,
I have been using Trello for a few weeks now, during which time I have created several rules and buttons that work correctly, whereas there is no way for the following rule to work, which involves interaction between two boards.
What I would like is that every time a card assigned to a particular member is created, the same card is replicated identically on another board.
Does anyone have any advice on this?
Thanks,
Nicolò
Hey!
Your rule is correct! However, you're adding the member to the card too late (i.e. you're typing your title and selecting "Add card". So, the card has already been created and the command has been initiated prior to adding the member).
To fix this, when creating your card, you need to select "Add a card", but before you type or enter your card Title, you need to select the 3 dots on the bottom right of the card. See attached photo. From there, select your member, add your title, and select "Add card". The command will run after that.
To set the same rule after the card is already created, you can use the Trigger in the other photo attached:
