Information missing/removed from multiple tickets

Information missing/removed from multiple tickets

Help please!! Noticed this morning that multiple archived tickets have had text completely removed from from the description area. The tickets are still there as are the titles but having the text removed from the description area is a massive issue. Any thoughts or advice please?

We just shipped a fix for this. Sorry for the trouble.

IT LOOKS LIKE THIS ISSUE MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN RESOLVED.

It looks like this may be a known bug at the moment. If that's the case, then the temporary workaround may be to send the card back to the board until this issue is fixed, though this is not listed in the issue page.
