In Trello, is it possible to automatically copy checklist items to another checklist?

I have multiple lists and cards to organize to do's for specific projects, but I'd like all of the items on all of my checklists to automatically copy to a larger, "master" checklist that I have in Trello. Does anyone know if it's possible to build that using either Zapier or the automation tools in Trello?

Hi @Jasmine Ramirez ! Welcome to the community :) it is possible with butler automation to copy checklist items to another card. Try something like:

when an item is added to a checklist, find a card titled "Master", and add item "{checklistitemname}" to checklist "Master Checklist"

This can be filtered though if you'd only like certain checklist items copied.

However, your master checklist won't be completely in sync, so you might want to create additional rules for when a checklist item is completed or removed. It won't cover if a check item is edited, however. I'd suggest looking into something more dynamic like viewing your check-items under "Your Items" in the home page, or using Blue Cat Reports to create a quick list of check-items. These options will also display any due dates or assigned members.

Thank you so much! I'll look into that.
