In Trello Same user in 2 workspaces are billed twices?

If we have multiple workspaces and some of us are working in multiple boards cros multiple workspaces, will we pay multiple times for the same user?
ex: 12€ x mounth x workspaces for heach user?

Welcome to Community!

Correct, you are charged monthly or yearly based on the number of members within a specific workspace. So if you have two or more different workspaces that share some of the same members and would like Standard/Premium for both or more workspaces, you will end up paying twice or more for these Workspace members.

What we would recommend is to use a single workspace for your subscription and to associate all of your boards with that workspace. Then, using the Collections feature, organise your boards into various groups.

That said, we have Trello Enterprise, which is geared towards large organisations that need to manage multiple Workspaces. The billing is simplified, and you are billed once per user, no matter how many Workspaces those users are members of. You can learn more here: https://trello.com/enterprise.
