Hi,
I'm using Trello for one of my activities that is conciergerie and need to import ical calendars from airbnb to smoothen the process of creating cards/events in trello.
From what I see this functionnality doesn't exist, will it happen sometime or is it technically not possible? Isn't outlook calendar import quite similar?
Also for now this is the only reason for not taking the full professional package.
You're right about this - there is a way to sync Trello cards with Due dates to an external calendar, but not to do the reverse.
While this isn't a built-in feature on the Trello side, there are some third-party options to explore! The best place to look for those is in the Power-Up library - here's a search focusing on Calendar Power-Ups: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=calendar
I like to try the most popular ones first, but if you see one that meets your criteria then definitely give it a go!
Thank you so much Cody, I'll have a look again into the tools but last time I did there was no such thing 😉

Hmmm, yeah I think you're right. I'm looking at Unito and Cronofy, but both seem to require you to create the card in Trello first then they'll sync changes two-way. It might be worth asking them to see if there's a feature to create cards from newly-added Calendar events though, just to be sure.
Other than that, Zapier might be an option. I know they can trigger actions in one app based on actions taken in another.
