So, you're talking about self-hosting Jira, you're most likely talking about Server or Data Center versions. The best way for you to import content would be by generating a CSV export of your content on Jira, and then using one of our third-party Power-Ups on your board to import your CSV file to your board. I'm pretty sure you can only connect Jira cloud sites to Trello's Automation, and since you're using Jira Server or Data Center, it wouldn't be possible. However, you could try using the Jira Power-Up for Trello to link your Jira issues to your Trello cards, but your Jira instance must be open to the internet. Otherwise, you won't be able to use the Power-Up on Trello.
