If I have premium will I have unlimited users on the board?

As the title states with the new change to Trello if I upgrade to Trello and I am the board owner will I get unlimited users on the boards? Or do I have to upgrade them too.

@Justin Chou so if those people on the board are only part of that one board you won't need to pay for them. Just make sure they're only on that board and not listed on the workspace members section.
