I would like to have an email sent to me when a job card has been moved into the completed list.

When a job card from my board is moved into the completed list the email that is sent to me at this stage can only have a subject and description that is the same every time and has very limited info about the job itself.

I would like the job card link on the email aswell and any other info I can put on the email would be great

Any ideas

Hi @JRS Operations Team👋

Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up.

If you are using the Butler to send the email notification, you could look at including Butler variables in your notification. You can read more about butler variables here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/

You can also use variables to pull data from the card in to your emails and saved replies if you are using the Email for Trello Power-Up. You can read more about Email for Trello variables here https://help.sendboard.com/en/articles/4219239-include-variables-in-your-emails-and-saved-replies

Hope that helps!
