I am wanting to move to another platform for my law firm. How do I end my subscription to Trello and take my data with me?

Hi Marcus, welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you're leaving us.

Before you cancel, you can export your data in a variety of ways as described here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/.

Would definitely recommend checking out the Workspace Export option from the settings, which creates a nice archive of all your boards and attachments.

You can cancel from the Workspace's billing page: https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-goes-here]/billing or 

  1. Click the Workspaces dropdown option from the top navigation bar

  2. Select the Workspace

  3. In the sidebar, click "Settings"

  4. From the dropdown options, click “Billing”
