Can I put in place an automation that is not triggered by an event in Trello?
I would simply like to post the same message on trello every 3 months.
Thanks
@Melis Ogutcu Brechot it will need to be a bit more complicated than that. You'll probably need to make a "trigger" list and then make two automations to do this.
Note: you'll use the filter icon next to "each card" on the Move cards action to set the name, like this:
And then make a rule so when a card is added to that list, trello posts a comment you set:
Let me know if that makes sense, I can record a loom if that would help!

@Melis Ogutcu Brechot you're welcome! if this was helpful, would you mind clicking the Accept Answer button so folks who are looking for the same know there's an answer in here?

Yes, this is possible. When on your Trello Board, simply click on the "flash" icon called Automation on the top-right of the board. Then click on "rules".
Here, you can select "scheduled" to make a scheduled automation that does not trigger only after a Trello-Event.
If you need more help with creating the automation, let me know.
Best wishes,
Mara

Thank Mara, I don't see the option to comment on a specific card.
