I want to remove a guest, and the board that guest established. How can i do ?

This guest was once our member in worksapace.
Since this guest left, we've delete her email that she used to login trello.
(the email was a company email)
But we found that a board was established by this guest.

We don't have any ways to remove this guest. 
And we can't delete the board neither.

Please tell me how to resolve this problem, thanks.

If the person you want to remove is the admin for a board in the Workspace, or if they're a member on a board that you don’t have access to, you may not be able to remove them if you're using a Free Workspace. However, Free Workspaces in Trello are getting some new admin tools that will allow you to fully remove any member or guest. These tools will be available by the end of March.

If you want to remove someone before then, you can do that by starting a free trial of Premium (no credit card required) if you haven’t used a trial previously. That will give you full admin capabilities so that you can remove any member from any board.

I tried this but it wants me to add a different admin to the board????

Hi  @Mica 

If the board has been established by the guest , then the guest may be the administrator. You have the option to change the administrator to yourself in the board and remove the user from it.

To remove a member from a board, you can click the Share button located next to the board’s members list. Then, simply select the Remove from board option from the member’s permission dropdown menu.

To grant admin privileges to a board member, simply click on the 'Share' button located at the top of the board. Then, choose the drop-down menu next to their name and avatar, and select 'Admin'.
