Howdy,

I have a trello board for our new student workers where each card is a new tutorial for them to learn. I want to create some kind of automation for when a new member is added to the board, it auto assigns them to each card/list so they can then review each individual card and un-assign themselves when it is completed. Is anyone aware of how to do this?

Hi Eric, welcome to the community! :)

Definitely sounds like a great idea. While this feature is not available in Trello, I've gone ahead and passed on your feedback to our teams via a feature request.

One potential workaround / approach you may be able to take instead is to make use of the bulk actions Power-up - https://trello.com/power-ups/5e4464985fd190825d164de3/bulk-actions. This would let you perform actions on cards in bulk (such as modifying the card's members) to help streamline the process.

Because many of these services are provided by separate companies, outside of Trello, any costs associated with their products are also separate. We're also not able to endorse or provide support for any third-party Power-ups (since we don't work with them directly).

Hope this helps! :)
