I'm in a Discord server, and most, if not all, of the members are minors. One day, I check my notifications and I see an @ everyone saying that someone has shipped us using a trello board. Some of the people users were shipped with were straight up adults (which we have met online), one of which is a pedophile. Most of us were disgusted and uncomfortable. The user making this board has only ever used their account to make this board.
I tried emailing support@trello.com, but got redirected to the Atlassian thing. It only uses drop down, and none of the problems that can be selected are related to my problem. I would prefer to contact staff directly, but that's not possible.
This is the link to the board in question.
Hello, Salem Nerissa!
Welcome to the community.
Thanks for sharing this with us. I would like to first note that it is not Atlassian’s legal responsibility to mediate disputes between users.
That being said, The board in question you have linked has been set to private, as we believe it alludes to NSFW content.
As per our Trello-specific Terms of Service, under Section 4. Account Activity, we may make boards ‘private’ where we reasonably believe content on such boards violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Without affecting any other remedies available to us, Atlassian may permanently or temporarily remove or disable access to content we deem unacceptable or terminate or suspend a user’s account or access to the services without notice or liability if Atlassian (at its discretion) determines that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
Kind regards
Alisson
