I need information how we can create Account By API

Hi Experts,

I have an website based on job portal , In my website client are post their project and freelancer can apply bid .

I want API system where i can create two accounts client and freelancer so when client hire freelancer auto create account on trello than they can manage trello.

Let me confirm its possible ?

while Trello offers a quite powerful API I was not able to find an endpoint to create members.
