I'm trying to cancel a Trello payment.

I clicked the wrong way and the payment was made, please make sure that the existing $25 subscription is not billed in the future.


It's frustrating because there's no place I can contact in Korea. Please process it.

Hi there, sorry to hear that you will be canceling your subscription and we are sad to see you stop using the paid plan. We will also appreciate it if your can share some details on how we can make Trello better work for you. 

Meanwhile, I helped to cancel the subscription and I can confirm that it won't be auto-renwed. Feel free to reach out to us anytime you have a question, we are always glad to help. 

You can/should remove your personal email address from the request now as this is a public forum.
