I need to be able to contact someone without logging in as it doesn't recognize my email anymore....

You don't need to log in to contact support for some queries, and you've got a couple of options on this one!
1) Go to https://trello.com/contact - at the bottom, there's a "contact support" box, which, if you're not already logged in, has two options - "log in" and "continue without logging in"
2) As this is a billing question, and Trello is a part of Atlassian, you could also visit https://support.atlassian.com/contact and select the "pricing and billing" option in there, it also doesn't force a login or for you to name your site.
