Hi,
I have gone through the signup process and created a subdomain, but after the signup I realized that I had a typo in my email address and that email address was non-existent at the point I signed up. Due to the typo, I never got the validation email.
Someone sent me a board post and it says I need to verify my email.
i tried to delete the account, but it keeps coming back in the app on my phone.
on my laptop, I can get into the new account that I created with the correct email but on my phone it won’t delete
Hi @Tammy Bass - are you able to log out of the wrong account on your phone's app? Can you also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
