I cannot create a new account

I am trying to create the new account directores.pad@sangaban.com.pe to my company users. The process flow until the system (atlassian account creation) shows a verifycation windows and should send a verifying code. But this email never reaches the user emailbox. I had checked in the mail server, it does not reach the email server. I have tryied many times.

@Cesar Castro _JOTIC_ you may need to check with your company's IT team to see if there is a firewall or something preventing the issue. If not, you'll need to reach out to support: https://trello.com/contact#/

Hello, Cesar!

I tried to send a new confirmation email and password reset to the address you mentioned but got this error

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

User unknown in the virtual mailbox table indicates that the email address you are trying to send the notification to does not exist or is not recognized by the email

Can you confirm with your IT if it's everything ok with this email?

Hello Alisson

Yes, We did delete that account and created another similiar without the dot in the name.

And so, it operates fine.

We will continue to use the cloud app Trello.
