Hi, I want to cancel my current Trello trial... Recently I was activated this feature by mistake, but cancel trial link isn't displaying or I think that I'm stressed! Also It seems crazy to me that they try to bill me $240 USD.
So, I want to cancel it.

I've internally deactivated the auto-renew, which means that at the end of the trial, your Workspace will be demoted as free again.
Please let me know if you want to downgrade your Workspace before the Trial Expires (Feb 16, 2025). We can cancel it on our side!

Trello ist wirklich etwas sehr Nützliches. Ich hatte bisher mit der Trello Free-Version viele Freude. Ich war sehr zufrieden, BIS HEUTE, als ich unbeabsichtigt, eher aus Versehen, die Trello Premium Trial erworben habe.
Der Ärger begann, als ich versuchte, das Abo zu stornieren. Es gibt zwar in den FAQs einen Hinweis darauf, wo angeblich der "Kündigungsbutton" zu finden ist, aber Pustekuchen! Wenn man dort landet, sucht man vergeblich nach diesem Button.
Beim Kontaktformular gibt es viele Themen zur Auswahl, aber auch das wichtige Thema "Kündigung" ist nicht zu sehen. Als ich das Thema "Sonstiges" auswählte und die Kündigung selbst formulieren wollte, funktionierte das Formular nicht, und ich konnte es nicht absenden.
Das ist furchtbar, ärgerlich und verwirrend.
