I can't use the board I used to log in with my username

How can I use the username login I used before?

If not, is there a way to find the board I used before?

First thing's first: If you have a lot of time to login with your atlassian account, then most likely this account can be deactivated or deleted. Same thing happens to your workspace as well. How long before was the last time you login?

If you can't remember the username you have to remember at least the email with which you created the account. Then you can begin the "forget password" and reclaim you account.
