I can't see what is written on the cards.

I can't see what is written on the cars. I can only see the number of cards on each field but not what is on it.

Hi there,

It sounds like the board filter is currently active, which hides cards that don't match the filter. Try pressing 'x' on the keyboard to clear the filter on that board, or click the 'x' next to the filter results panel:
