I can't open my dashboards in the app in my phone

When I open my dashboards in the app in my phone, they close (see picture) and disappear from the list of dashboard. I can still view my dashboards in my pc, but not in the phone.

Hi @diego 

That looks odd. Maybe there is some synchronization problem. Is this the only dashboard with this problem? Do you have any other? Did is suddenly start or it is the first time that you access this dashboard on mobile? Are you logged in to the mobile app with the same user?

I've tried some of the things in the article (cleared caché, log out and log in again) and now it works!

It happened with all dashboards, it started suddenly some weeks ago, I was logged with the same user.
