I can't copy custom fields when copying a card, from mobile

Hello! 

Since few days, when I try to copy a card, custom fields do not appear in the copied card.

It only happens on mobile phones, both iOS and Android. 

On the other hand, if I copy the card from the PC, it is copied correctly (even the custom fields).

Am I the only one that happens to?
Do you know how to solve?

With the roll out of the new standard plan, we received feedback that not everyone wanted custom fields automatically copied. So we recently updated the default so that custom fields need to be explicitly flagged to copy. Starting with the 2021.14, the mobile apps will have a toggle that allows you to indicate that you would like copy the Custom Fields for a card.

Currently 2021.14 is available in the Android beta. It should be available in the iOS beta next week. You can find more information about signing up for betas here:

Will the toggle be available for the browser users?

I cannot find the toggle on a card with CF. It is probably I am a gold customer and not on the standard plan.

The equivalent toggle is already available on web.

If you are on a board that has active custom fields, (either because it had the Power Up active before the roll out of the new plans or because it is covered by an appropriate license level), when you copy the card there are checkboxes that allow you to also copy attachments, comments, and custom fields. Note you will only see those checkboxes if you have the relevant item on the card. That is if you don't have any attachments you won't see the attachments checkbox. If you don't have any data in a custom field, you won't see that checkbox.

Many of us had custom field power on our boards before Aug 24 and the CF feature is turned on for these boards. But post Aug 24, you need to be on standard plan or higher to have that feature. Perhaps this applies to you.
