I have a trello account on my mobile. I'm looking to sync it to a desktop app and the verification code will not come through. How do i proceed?

I can see a lot of codes being sent to you from our system, can you search on your email for "Verifying it’s you"? It can also be on your spambox.
In case you are still not seeing, you can alternatively enforce a 2fa from the device you are able to access, if you have a 2fa enable the code is not necessary.
