Hello! I've created a checklist on a card. When I try to paste a hyperlink to an external source (eg a Google Doc or non Trello web page) as a checklist item, it loses the link and just pastes plain text. Is it possible to put hyperlinks in checklist items?
I know I can paste or create them as Activities, but I need links in my checklist items.
Thanks for any ideas on how to do this!
Please sure that your link preferences are set to "inline" for the url to render https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences
Hi @Katherine K
Matheus from TitanApps here!
If you are using our add-on Smart Checklist For Jira, you can easily add and format hyperlinks and many other styles using our markdown tool. You can read all about it here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Regards,
TitanApps Team

This is a Trello question though?

@Katherine K Could you first let us know which plugin you're currently using to create your checklists? Unfortunately, none of the existing plugins support adding hyperlinks directly to checklist items. However, our plugin, Tick Checklist for Jira, does support this feature just by simple copy & paste, and we've worked hard to create a super user-friendly experience. You can check it out here.
We would love for you to try it out and see the difference it can make. If there's anything else you find missing or need, just let us know, and we'll be more than happy to develop it for you!

Again, this is a Trello community and a Trello-related question.

@Wojciech Wardaszko _HeroCoders_ You are absolutely right, my apologies for the oversight.
Dear @Katherine K , I apologize for the confusion. I was eager to help and didn't notice that this was a Trello tag. Unfortunately, our product does not support Trello. However, if you ever decide to migrate to Jira, we would be delighted to support you.
Once again, my sincere apologies to you and the community for sharing information related to a different platform.
