I am creating a butler button that I would like to one click notify the card members of the 1.) current labels on the card 2.)a URL to for them to click to see the card details 3.) message
I currently have the action "send an email notification to every member on the card with subject" selected with my message and the action "post comment" with a note stating that an email was sent for my records.
How would I add a link for that card at the end of the e-mail and also the current label(s) of the card?
Hi @Alex ! Welcome to the community :) you'll want to add variables to the body of the email in your butler button command. Take a look at this documentation around creating Butler reports and this one around variables. So you'll want to use something like this:
[{cardname}]({cardlink})
{cardlabelnames}
Hope that helps!
@Hannah Morgan Oh perfect! Thank you for the links too. I will look into that. I didn't know that I could have those commands working in other areas too. I am still very new to this program.
Thanks!
