How to use Jira Power Up?

Hi there, 

I've been looking at documentation on the Jira Power Up, but I don't seem to have the options people talk about.

If I click on the Jira Power Up button, the only options in the drop down are the URL or our Jira account, or the 'Connect to another Jira' link.

If I go to the board menu and click on Jira in the Power-Ups section, I get the following options:

• View Power-Up - opens a window describing the Power-Up
• Edit Power-Up settings - only gives me the option to connect to Jira
• Remove personal settings
• Disable

Am I missing something? I have no idea how I'm supposed to use these options to link Jira issues to cards, or to explore if the Power-Up is capable of doing what we need.
