I can set the language to Hungarian in the Atlassian account, but the Trello's display remained English.

I will assume that you have followed the instructions given here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-your-language-in-trello/
If the language didn't change, then try switching the language on your browser as well.
Thank you Alex, it was a great idea to change the language of the browser (very simple solution, but I didn't think about it).
Now Trello works like a charm in Hungarian...
