We use Zapier to turn our google sheet into trello cards and we include links to TikTok videos in the description of the card. But TikTok @'s creators_name in the links and Trello breaks the link and turns that @Name into a tag for someone who doesn't exist in our company. It then doesn't let me un-tag the name so I can't copy the link and paste it to check. I have to copy the text that's there and then write the creators name in the link manually.
For example:
Link:
https://www.tiktok.com/@NAME/video/7200421545456536837?
in trello it looks like this
https://www.tiktok.com/ @NAME <one block of text, can't select]
/video/7200421545456536837?
Then select all that text and I get something like this
https://www.tiktok.com//video/7200421545456536837?
So I have to manually put the name back
https://www.tiktok.com/[re-write name here]/video/7200421545456536837?
Anyone know how to fix this?
Hi,
This is related to the new editor I think. First things first, although Atlassian team members are active in the community, I recommend feeding this issue back using the "Share feedback" button
I tried to manipulate the string to see if there was anything that could prevent it and in the 10 minutes of looking, I didn't get anywhere
Here are 2 options available to deal with it:
what do you mean "parse that data into a custom text field,"?

I mean set Zapier up to send the link to a custom field instead of description
